Privacy Policy — Tammni

Tammni is a smart pediatric care app for parents. We are committed to protecting your privacy and your children's privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email and (hashed) password when you create an account.
• Profile data: user role, pregnancy details, children's names, birth dates and gender.
• Care logs: feeding, sleep, diapers, medications, measurements (height/weight), vaccinations.
• AI Advisor conversations: questions and images you choose to send to receive parenting and health guidance.
• Subscription data: subscription status (Free / PRO) via RevenueCat and the app stores. We never access your payment card details.

All of this data is entered voluntarily by you. We do not collect precise location or contacts.

2. How we use data

• To provide app features (daily tracking, reminders, growth charts, Doctor's Report).
• To generate AI Advisor responses.
• To sync between parents when Co-parenting is enabled.
• To manage your subscription and access to premium features.

3. Where data is stored

Core data is stored locally on your device. When you create an account or enable Co-parenting, shared child data is stored on our secure cloud server (encrypted HTTPS) and shared only with the co-parent you invite.

4. AI Advisor and third parties

When you use the AI Advisor, your messages (and any attached images) are sent to our AI provider solely to generate a response. They are not used for model training or advertising. We also use:

• RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions.
• Affiliate links to external stores (Amazon, Noon, iHerb) when you choose to shop; those sites are governed by their own policies.

The AI Advisor does not replace professional medical advice.

5. Children's privacy

The app is intended for parents and adult guardians to manage their children's data. We do not collect data directly from children and do not show them any advertising, in line with COPPA and GDPR.

6. No data sale

We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for targeted advertising.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), and passwords are stored hashed so no one can read them.

8. Your rights and data deletion

At any time from within the app (Settings → Privacy & Data) you can:

• Access and export your data (JSON).
• Permanently delete your account and all your data from our devices and servers.

You may also request deletion via the email below; we will complete it within 30 days.

9. Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, the data is permanently removed.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will announce material changes in the app.
